Our Inspired Teachers
Our teachers are something very special, and we are thrilled that we, and you, get to learn from them, and grow with them. From Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga…you name it, our teachers have studied across the spectrum of yoga practice and have honed their craft from incredible teachers across Canada and the world, including from our very own teacher training program offered here at home and abroad in Bali, Indonesia. Our ethos for Yoga practice has always been that everyone marches to a slightly different beat, and so do our teachers. The variety of styles and approach to teaching that you will find with us is the cornerstone of Shanti, and we’re thrilled to share it with you.

How do I create an account?
Really simple! You can click on that big green button above, or click HERE and you’ll be redirected to our online platform through Namastream. When you select the Monthly Membership to purchase, you’ll be led through creating an account and completing the setup for your two week free trial.
Why do i have to put provide credit card info?
Credit card info is required to create an account because your membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month.
When and how do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your membership anytime. Even though credit card info is required to create your account, you are not obliged to carry your membership past your free trial. To cancel your subscription, go to the My Settings in your Namastream account, scroll down to the Subscriptions section, and then click on box icon to the right of your membership. A drop down menu will appear with an option to cancel.
