Be Still, Be quiet. Breathe.

Whether you have a passive curiosity about the health benefits of meditation or you are a long time practitioner, celebrate World Meditation day with us at Shanti. 

Moving beyond asana on the yogic path, this class will allow you to explore and experience the benefits of quiet stillness. The first half hour of the session will include a slow moving yoga practice that encourages release and flow, preparing the body for a guided meditation followed by a 20 minute silent meditation.
